1. GK FOUNDATION-NGO
MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
Glimpse
Knowledge Foundation (GK Foundation) was founded by Mr. GK Dutta. Whose stated aim is self- sufficiency of the
Indian Civil Society organisations in social development sector and aiming to
connect every Indian Civil Society Organisations with each other through this
platform, as well as harmonising information, culture and tradition.
Glimpse
Knowledge Foundation (GK Foundation) is a Membership based organization for the
Indian Civil Society organizations. There is two type of membership one is
General Membership and another one is Premium Membership.
1.1
Terms of Service –Membership
Any
organisation with National upliftment can become a Member of Glimpse Knowledge
Foundation. These “Terms of Service” bring forth the terms and conditions that
are applied to your use of GK Foundation’s Services. By using the GK
Foundation’s Services, you agree to comply with all of the Terms of services
set forth herein. The right to use the GK Foundation’s Services is personal to
you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. These terms and
conditions apply to all GK Foundation’s Services that carry the official logo
of GK Dutta and offer digital products for sale.
GK
Foundation may revise these Terms of Services at any time and you will agree to
be bound by the revised Terms of Services. Any modification will become
effective only when it would be first posted to this page. You are responsible
to return to the Terms of Service from time to time to review the current terms
and conditions.

Terms of Service –Membership fees

General Membership is free for every organization.
2.
Premium Membership is 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand) Yearly.
Whilst
every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the memberships
featured on this Site, this cannot be guaranteed and price and availability
information may change without notice.

Terms of Service–
USING OUR SERVICES
1. Organization must follow any
policies made available to them within the Services.
2. Don’t misuse our Services. We may
suspend or stop providing our Services to any organization if they do not
comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected
misconduct.
3. Using our Services does not give
any organization ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services
or the content the organization access. Organization may not use content from
our Services unless they obtain permission from us or are otherwise permitted
by law. These terms do not grant any organization the right to use any branding
or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal
notices displayed in or along with our Services.
4. Our Services display some content
that is not Glimpse
Knowledge Foundation’s. This content is the sole
responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to
determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or
refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or
the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please
don’t assume that we do.
5. In connection with the use of the
Services, we may send service announcements, administrative messages, and other
information. The organizations may opt out of some of those communications.

ASSOCIATES-CONSULTANCY SERVICES:

Associates was founded by Mr. GK Dutta, is a consultancy service provider
offering a variety of innovative & creative services to improve and
strengthen the social sector of our country. GK Associates is not a FUNDING
agency; it is a CONSULTANCY service providing agency.
2.1 TERMS OF
SERVICE

Our consultancy services only available for our Affiliated Member Organization.
2.
We do not provide any type of guaranty and warrantee in any manner.
3.
We may suspend or stop providing our Services to any organization if they do
not comply with our terms or policies.
2.2 USING OUR
SERVICES
NGO
Consultancy: We working for providing technical & legal help for Non
Government Organizations (NGO). / Project Consultancy: We prepare project
proposal/concept note/proposal letter etc. for Non Government Organizations
(NGO). / Legal Aid Consultancy: We are leading names engaged in offering
trustworthy legal aid consultancy services. / Financial Consultancy: We provide
NGO financial management services. / Documentation Consultancy: We manage your
documentation requirements for your organization.
2.3 Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a
commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy
using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our
Services. OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS,
NEITHER GK ASSOCIATES NOR ITS
STAFFS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES
“AS IS”. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
2.4 Liability for our Services
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, GK ASSOCIATES, AND ITS STAFF, WILL NOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE
TOTAL LIABILITY OF GK ASSOCIATES,
AND ITS STAFF FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE
CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, GK ASSOCIATES, AND ITS STAFF, WILL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
2.5 FEES AND ITS PAYMENTS
1. Our Project Proposal preparation
fees are 1% of the total project value shall have to be paid for preparation of
project proposal. For projects valued at more than 10 Lacs this amount may vary
accordingly.
2. Without proposal/project
processing fees we don’t start work with your project.
3. Proposal/Project processing fees
is 50% of total project consultancy fees.
4. The consultancy fees once paid in
not refundable in any manner.
5. All the payment made through the
bank account headed by the name of GK Dutta (Gopika Kanta Dutta). We don't
accept any cash transactions in any manner.
2.6 Money back guaranty or warrant
If we are unable to provide you the
services “As Is” in time or within the time, in that case we refund your fees
you paid to us as per norms and guideline we provide you, otherwise the
consultancy fees is once paid in not refundable in any manner.
2.7 Fundraising guaranty or
warranty
We are not a FUNDING AGENCY
therefore we do not provide any type of FUNDRAISING GUARANTY OR WARRANTY in any
means and manners.
2. GK INFOSYS-WEBSITE
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES:
GK
Infosys was founded by Mr. GK Dutta, have
been providing Website Design & Development services. We offer new and
innovative Website services, a wide range of Internet & Web related
technology solutions countrywide. We are committed to excellence in our
services and work towards delivering high quality IT services to our customers.
All product specific information is
provided to GK Infosys website by the developers who are solely responsible for
its content and accuracy. GK Dutta will not be responsible for typographical
or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information. Product
prices and configuration are subject to change without prior notice.
About these Terms
1. We may modify these terms or any
additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to
the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly.
We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. However,
changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal
reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified
terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
2. If there is a conflict between
these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for
that conflict.
3. These terms control the
relationship between GK Dutta
and you.
4. If you do not comply with these
terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are
giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
5. If it turns out that a particular term is not
enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
